Stadium Capacity and adding seats

Stadium design: The stadium design, for each city, will permanently stay as it is now.

Stadium Capacity: The stadium capacity, for each city, has been set at 72,500. This will give everyone the same amount of cash flow from ticket sales at the beginning of the first season.

Changing playing surface: If an owner wishes to change the playing surface, in the stadium, a request must be made to the League Commissioner of the type of field they desire.

Increasing stadium seating: Working out the details.
